Heat policy.

At NextGen Soccer Academy, the health and safety of our students is our highest priority.

If the forecast temperature reaches 35°C or above, all scheduled sessions will be cancelled.

This decision is made to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants and coaches, in line with safe sport and extreme heat guidelines.

🔁 Make-Up Sessions & Refunds

• Where possible, a make-up session will be arranged for any classes cancelled due to extreme heat.

• If a make-up session is not possible, a refund will be provided for the cancelled class.

Families will be notified via email (and text where applicable) as early as possible on the day of the session.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all players.
